Products & Availability

Our pieces are produced in limited quantities. We do our best to display colors and details accurately, but screens vary and washed/garment-dyed finishes mean slight variation between pieces is part of the craft, not a defect.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is captured at checkout through our secure payment provider.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may cancel and refund any order for reasons including stock issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, graphics, the KTA crest, logos, and content on this site are the property of Keep The Amity and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keep The Amity is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products.
