The Short Version
We want you to wear your piece with confidence. Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
- Email hello@keeptheamity.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
- We’ll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale
Drop exclusives, limited releases, and discounted items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged or we sent the wrong piece, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
